After retirement we were dabbling with a variety of activities to keep us out of trouble and that we could enjoy together. We discovered pickleball (tons of fun) along with volunteering at a local nonprofit (very meaningful), but family history checked all our boxes and then some.

The Big Picture in Mind

The enjoyment we have discovered through family history now touches almost every aspect of our lives. We have rich conversations with friends and family members, immediate and extended, about our discoveries. We plan travel to new places considering what we can do to further our family history while we are in the area. We keep our brains stimulated as we are continuously trying to solve the current roadblock knowing there is another one right around the corner.
